Archie Crist

Archie and I were only in each others lives for 6 months, but those 6 months brought more joy and love into my life than I have ever experienced. Archie became my best friend, my "little buddy" as we spent all of our time together. He lit up not only my life, but the lives of every single person he met. There wasn't a single human Archie didn't love. He was just happy to be around people. There is often a cliché of "my rescue dog saved me", but I deeply believe the short time we were together was just that. Archie came into my life so that in the final months of his life he could get more love than he will ever know. In return, he provided comfort and unconditional love during the lowest lows in my life. Words will never express the love I feel for Archie, but I know his memory will live on for as long as I am here. I urge anyone who was even briefly touched by Archie's life to please donate to Redrover.org/relief Archie, being a rescue dog, had a laundry list of medical problems, and I was lucky enough to have the support system I did to give him the quality of life he deserved. This fund supports vet care for low-income owners, as well as domestic abuse survivors, giving them the same chance Archie had, what every dog deserves. To Archie, till we meet again over that Rainbow Bridge.
