The staff are extraordinarily caring and sensitive. We always feel like we are properly honoring our pets who are such a huge part of our lives. Our beagle Gus passed on July 24. As with all our past pets, Schoedinger Pets did a remarkable job and helped provide closure. Thank you Schoedinger Pets.

We've had two other of our dogs cremated with other providers, but Schoedinger was the best experience hands down. Everyone I talked to was so kind and understanding. They treated us like our girl was more than just a dog, like she was our family, which she was. She was taken directly to Schoedinger from OSU Vet because we had an autopsy done, and that was their cremation provider. I'm so glad they did because we wouldn't have known about this place otherwise. The Facebook pet memorial page is wonderful, where you can submit a tribute story for your furbaby. The nameplate is such a sweet thought that is complimentary with every cremation. 10/10 would recommend.

“Dear Mr. Schoedinger, I just want to thank you and your staff for the respect and loving care that you gave to my beloved cat Hobbees while he was in your care. I was overwhelmed by all the care given and by your professional manner in understanding the loss of a pet. Hobbees was my “HEART” for 16 years and the loss of my beloved creature was devastating. From beginning to end, these were just the kindest people. They were very understanding and patient with me. I really felt that they understood the weight of my grief and how important my first baby, my cat Goose, was to me. I was sobbing when I came to pick up my girl’s ashes. They knew just what to say: not that she was in a better place; or that, at least she wasn’t in pain. They acknowledged my grief without belittling it and without uttering some ‘magic phrase’ in an attempt to make me feel better. I’ve had family who just didn’t understand why my cat meant so much to me. They’re dog people and I love my dog, but my cat was just as important to me. She was my first pet and she died way too young. The way they handled her and the way I watched them take care of another’s pet while I was there. It’s just not something you see much of anymore. Just honest compassion and empathy that I am so thankful for. I know death is unfortunately just a part of life, and when I inevitably need this service again, I know who to call. Thank you all so much

If I could give 10 stars I would! Excellent service from beginning to end. They walked me from start to finish through everything with grace and care. I very much felt my sweet Emma Lou was taken great care of! The ladies in the office are so so kind! I can’t thank them enough for their gentle words and sympathy. I recommend them to anyone who has unfortunately had to suffer the loss of a fur baby. Thank you Shoedinger for taking such great care of us!

..the death of our dog Brass was a loss of a member of the family. The professionals at Schoedinger were very understanding and provided great comfort during our time of grief.
